The Event

Each year the Columbus Automobile Dealers host a Charity Gala during the Columbus International Auto Show. They celebrate the show with fellow professionals in the automotive industry and raise funds to give back to local organizations in the Columbus and Central Ohio community. In 2017, the Charity Gala raised a record $165,000 for A Kid Again, Columbus Speech & Hearing Center and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Join us at the Greater Columbus Convention Center, Short North Ballroom, to set another record and give back to children in our Columbus community in a bigger way than ever!

Friday, March 16, 2018 7:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio

For more than three decades, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio (RMHC) has been keeping families close at the Columbus Ronald McDonald House. The reality of having a child sick and in the hospital can be incredibly overwhelming to parents and siblings. What the Ronald McDonald House is able to provide these families is a bit of stability in the midst of unthinkable circumstances. When a child is hospitalized, the comfort of having family nearby is beyond measure. It is this heartfelt purpose that both drives and defines RMHC of Central Ohio.

The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute (OSUCCC – James)

Each year, 72,000 adolescents and young adults (AYAs) of ages 15-39 are diagnosed with cancer—the No. 1 disease killer of this age group. What’s more, survival rates for AYAs have not improved at the same rate as other groups. This creates urgency for the OSUCCC ¬– James to step up efforts to meet the needs of AYAs with cancer. By offering fertility counseling, dedicated social workers and chaplains to help with the emotional and psychological issues that AYAs may face, as well as research that explores variations in tumor biology that are peculiar to this age group, the OSUCCC – James is leading the way in helping AYAs with cancer. Gifts to support life-changing services and research are essential in connecting AYAs to the care they need.
