Westminster, Colo. – September 4, 2024 – Today, KPA and the Ohio Automobile Dealers Association (OADA) announced a dedicated workplace safety and compliance partnership for OADA’s more than 800 members throughout the state. As an endorsed partner of OADA, KPA brings a wealth of dealership-specific expertise across the spectrum of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) issues that can help dealers improve safety outcomes, lower compliance risk, and save money.

“Workplace safety has never been more important,” said Zach Doran, President of the Ohio Automobile Dealers Association. “This partnership with KPA is an important part of OADA’s workers’ compensation group rating programs and OADA’s effort to educate and empower our members to take proactive responsibility for workplace safety and compliance so that their business is protected and can continue to grow.”

Since 1991, OADA’s workers’ compensation group rating programs have saved dealers a quarter of a billion dollars in premiums.  These group rating programs focus on mitigating risks, injury prevention, keeping the costs associated with workplace injuries at a minimum by managing every aspect of the claim, financial management and cost control; as well as medical management of workers’ compensation claims.
